AGI-DIP®
from a simple washer to a system

AGI-DIP® washers represent the most effective solution to all cleaning problems wherever a dipping process with agitation is required.

The movement of parts within the liquid reduces dramatically the washing time and improves the cleaning efficiency, without affecting negatively the duration of the cleaning media.

Designed to operate at ambient temperature or with hot liquids, the AGI-DIP washers can be used for all surface treatments that are typical in the mechanical industry like degreasing, decarbonizing, stripping, derusting, passivation, phosphating, rinsing, protection and more.

Immersion Cleaning with agitation Washing Machine

The operating principle is based on moving the parts inside the cleaning liquid by means of a simple and reliable air operated dunking system. A single control lifts and lowers the load platform, and produces the vertical agitation into the liquid.

AGI-DIP® washers are designed for the use with water based cleaning liquids or with non-halogenated hydrocarbons when properly equipped with safety devices to be classified as "type A1" (machines not generating flammable vapours).

Heated models are insulated and equipped with thermostat, refilling and overweir and can be enhanced  with a wide range of accessories such as the oil separator OILNET®, bag or cartridge type filtration systems, automatic filling and much more.

A variety of models and configurations meet all customers' requirements.

AGI-DIP® ULTRASON washers are designed for the used with ultrasonic energy combined with the mechanical agitation offering the maximum of cleaning effectiveness and efficiency. Configured for ultrasounds, these washers are entirely made from AISI 316L stainless steel, are equipped with thermal and acoustic insulation and have an adjustable stroke to optimize the efficiency of the ultrasonic cavitation.

The piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers with frequencies from 25 kHz till 160 kHz for all applications, are contained in a sealed case immersed into the liquid, not welded or flanged, for easy maintenance. Push-Pull® tubular transducers made from titanium with 360° radiation and even higher performances can be also supplied.

AGI-DIP® DRY machines use the same principle for drying parts coming from the cycles using the AGI-DIP washers. Parts are moved through a hot air stream followed by cold air to reduce their temperature and to save energy. The air temperature can be adjusted to the application.
