Since 1982 the ROTO-JET® washers are at the top of their segment and maintain their original design and basic characteristics.

With new models and enhanced characteristics  the Roto-Jet washers are now offering more for less!

The ROTO-JET® washers are designed for the spray cleaning of small and medium size parts using water-based detergents at medium temperature. The operating principle is based on a load platform that rotates through the spray bars with nozzles covering all the surfaces to be cleaned.

They are commonly used in the production cycles of the mechanical industry, close to the machine tool, but also during overhauling or maintenance processes for the fast removal of various contaminants such as oils, grease, mud.

An original design, along with their characteristics of high reliability make the ROTO-JET® washers easy-to-use, and different from other machines based on the same operating principle.

Made from robust stainless steel sheet metal, the ROTO-JET® washers are equipped with electric heating with thermal insulation to reduce heath losses and installed power. The temperature, controlled by thermostat, can be set from the control panel. For long life and reduced maintenance, electric heaters have a heath flux limited to 7 w/cm² and are protected by a minimum level cutout. A drain outlet allows a rapid change of the liquid.

The motor driven platform, of robust construction, is equipped with a removable grate or basket and the gearless rotation system ensures constant, effortless rotation of the platform in all the operating conditions. The load and unload operations are made easier by the ergonomic design of the front side.

The spray system is composed by the centrifugal pump and three spray headers with easy maintenance U-turn fast connection nozzles with flat pattern. The system is designed and constructed with AISI 304 tubes to optimize the hydraulic system and spray efficiency.

The IP 55 electric enclosure is mounted in safe position with

• start pushbutton with timer and lamp,
• heating on/off switch with the lamp and the termostat,
• minimum level cutout lamp
• cover interlock and pump cutout when open.
